Meet Max & Liz

Hi, I'm Max

There are a few things in life that I truly love: Liz, our puppy Waffles, yoga, and plants!

Now, when I say I love plants, I mean I really love plants... I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and I can enthusiastically tell you that plants heal all! Not only can plant-based essential oils help you manage most physical ailments, they also offer incredible support for your mental and emotional health as you rise to become the best version of yourself possible. I am living proof of that.

Which is why I am very excited to be educating and supporting others on their own journeys with plant medicine, representing a reputable company like
dōTERRA (like Liz & I, they care about giving back to the earth and those on it)!

At the end of the day, what gets me most excited about life is using essential oils and yoga to help people all over the world restore their own body/mind/soul connection. May our efforts uplift all beings in all dimensions.

Hi, I'm Liz

I was eighteen when I found yoga (or rather, when yoga found me).

Over time, the practice taught me to connect with my whole self on the mat, so that I could connect with others off the mat. It is from this place of connection that I discovered essential oils. Initially, I was simply interested in how oils could support my own journey of health… my own healing process. But as I learned more, I knew I had to share this incredible gift with others.

So, I studied. I immersed myself in education on plant medicine. In the last few years especially, I've become well-versed in how essential oils can be a powerful tool for one's vitality. I've experienced firsthand how they support my physical, mental, and emotional health, and I sincerely believe that they are the perfect vehicle for anyone to reclaim ownership of their well-being.

These days, I love traveling with Max and our pup, Waffles, teaching people how to build their businesses, and finding like-minded souls who are on a mission to make this world a better place. As a plant-based dietitian, yoga instructor, and dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, I feel most fulfilled when I get to help others heal and create better lives for themselves.

Helping Others Live Their Best Lives

With decades of education and experience in plant-based science, we take all healing factors into consideration as we guide people to optimal health, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are honest, loving, vulnerable, and disciplined.

Building our relationship and our business on these values allows us to make a difference in the lives of everyone we encounter.

We do not allow societal conditioning or fear to stand in our way of providing our community with natural solutions to their everyday problems.

We thrive on giving people the knowledge, tools, and ability to step into their power, transform their mind/body/spirit connection, and live their best lives.

Our Journey

The Spark

Max completes his yoga teacher training and leaves personal training to start grad school. Liz becomes a Registered Dietitian and works as a Clinical Dietitian.

The two meet in Dallas, TX and grow from yoga partners, best friends, to AcroYoga partners, to life partners

AcroYoga Days

Liz completes her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Then, she and Max build their relationship and communication through their AcroYoga teacher training.

In December, Max graduates with his Masters in Clinical Nutrition and the two decide to travel the world and teach AcroYoga for six months out of the year (living with Liz's mom and stepdad for the remaining six months
to save some cash).

Max and Liz have three live TV appearances in Dallas, their first commercial shoot, and they start a long-term sponsor relationship
with Alo Yoga.

Amidst it all, the two elope in Maui shortly after teaching at Wanderlust in Oahu.

with doTERRA

Max and Liz start the year out by getting their first puppy, Waffles!

Liz joins doTERRA and a few months later, Max gets on board too. Within six months the couple builds a doTERRA Diamond team, healing Max's back injury from 2016 and Liz's long-term eczema, digestion, and hormone imbalances along the way.

In October, they complete transformative breathwork training, and fully embrace the idea that healing yourself is the first step to healing the collective conscious.

Max does a life-changing 10-day Vipassana meditation. A month later, he and Liz decide to join Instagram, and proceed to grow several accounts to 100K, 200K, and even 1M+ followers over the next few months and years.

Early in the year, Max gets a major back injury and struggles to heal, even with a team of chiropractors, doctors, and physical therapists.

Still, the couple spend the summer living in a van, travelling across America with the circus, teaching acrobatics.

Moving Out
and Moving Up

After two years of part-time residency at Liz's mom's house, the couple gets their first apartment, and quickly fill it
with over 100 plants!

Later in the year, they're featured on their first magazine cover: D Magazine.

Our First Book!

Max and Liz started 2020 out strong by publishing their first book in print and supporting the 1000+ people in their personal doTERRA community (many with incredible testimonials!).

They recently moved to Miami Beach to be next to the ocean, spread the love of plants and essential oils, and create magic as they incorporate meditation, breathwork, essential oils, yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and more!
